The material supplied within our products is supplied in the English Language, in Word, PowerPoint or PDF format. Please check carefully exactly what you will receive from the relevant product page. Some products have the trainers guides integrated into the ‘Notes Page’ view of the Powerpoint slides. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that any products or information available through this web site meet their specific requirements. There is some product content overlap across some of the materials (i.e. identical material in different products). Prices listed on the web site state clearly whether Value Added Tax (20%) is inclusive or exclusive. All materials are despatched via email within 24 hours of payment completion. There will be an extra charge for despatch via disc.
