This course builds confidence and de-mystifies the disciplinary process into easy-to-follow steps. Discover how to structure an effective and easy-to-implement disciplinary process that adheres to UK employment disciplinary procedure, understand how UK employment law is interpreted and how to prepare for, and deliver, the disciplinary interview and result. The course fully complies with the A.C.A.S. Code of Practice April 2009 and has been updated with changes in employment law in April 2012.
