A case study of a new starter, Jane, and her first morning of on-job training from her boss, George. Delegates are asked to examine and analyse the ‘training session’ and establish what’s right and what’s wrong with it.
The case study can be used as a stand-alone exercise in a team meeting or as an ice breaker at the start of a Train The Trainer workshop. Full set up, briefing and debrief instructions are provided.
