Exercises, knowledge assessment tools and needs analysis. Includes a short course, on Power point, on the 6 steps to selling:

 

Approach Exercise. A list of ‘approach’ scenarios for delegates to practice opening up a conversation with a customer.

 

Handling Objections Exercise. A list of objections for delegates to practice overcoming with a customer.

 

Impact of Language Exercise. A delegate exercise looking at positive and negative words used in conversation with customers.

 

Keeping Motivated. A list of tips and tactics to keep motivated in the job.

 

Telephone Selling Role plays - a set of two role plays that could be adapted to fit any product / service area. Each role play comes with  ‘Seller’ and ‘Customer’ briefs.

 

Inbound and Outbound Call Assessment Tools - 2 proformas that could be used to gather ‘Observer’ feedback in role play, or actual, selling scenarios.

 

Post Course Knowledge Assessment. A written test to be undertaken by delegates attending a selling skills course.

 

TNA Tool. A checklist of selling process skills and knowledge. Can be used as a training needs assessment.

 

Training Course on Powerpoint. A short course, with slides and tutor notes on the 6 steps to selling.
