Training Materials to Buy
COACHING GAME: HIT THE TARGET
A fun game with a minimum of resources required, and very quick to set up. The game introduces Team Leaders / Managers, and any other staff who get involved with development, to practical tips around coaching.
Full set up, briefing and debrief instructions are provided. The only materials required are A4 paper balls, waste paper bins / photocopier paper boxes, scarves for blindfolds and a box of inexpensive chocolates as a prize.
Requires a minimum of 3 delegates.
A Copyright Waiver Licence is included in the price, so that materials may be adapted to suit your own / organisational needs.
Duration
Allow up to one and a half hours to complete and debrief. The Game can be used as a ‘stand alone’ training session, or as part of a larger workshop on coaching / training.
