A fun coaching exercise with a minimum of course material required, and very quick to set up. The coaching exercise introduces Team Leaders / Managers, and any other staff who get involved with development, to practical tips on the preparation and delivery of coaching.
Full set up, briefing and debrief instructions are provided. The only course material required are A4 paper balls, waste paper bins / photocopier paper boxes, scarves for blindfolds and a box of inexpensive chocolates as a prize.
Requires a minimum of 2 delegates. If there are 4 or more delegates, they may be split up into teams to compete against each other.
A Copyright Waiver Licence is included in the price, so that course material may be adapted to suit your own / organisational needs.
Duration
Allow up to one and a half hours to complete and debrief. The coaching exercise can be used as a ‘stand alone’ training session, or as part of a larger workshop on coaching / training.
